Once again Hikari

I used a LOT of effects and since I draw and small scale the actual size comes up as small and so I gotta enlarge it, in doing so the lines look embossed/blurry; still gotta find a way to be able to enlarge my pictures without damaging the proportions of the lineart and whatnot
